1. What is the Creed Rosary Lifetime Guarantee?
All Creed items carry a Lifetime Guarantee from defects in material and workmanship. At any time throughout your life should a Creed rosary come apart due to defects in material or workmanship, Creed will repair the defect for free. 2. What is your refund policy?
As each rosary is made to order, and is a custom-made handcrafted rosary, all sales are final; however, each rosary is covered by a lifetime guarantee from defects in material and workmanship. Since all sales are final, be certain about the size of the beads, the type of materials you want, as the rosary or medal you select will be made to order just for you, and Creed Rosary does not accept returns on custom-hand-crafted rosaries and medals made to order. Defective merchandise is covered under Creed's lifetime guarantee and will be repaired or replaced. If you are uncertain about the size or weight of an item, do not order under speculation because if the piece does not suit you, no refunds are allowed on special ordered Creed items. All items ordered from Deluxe-Rosaries.com are considered special ordered since they are made upon order. In rare circumstances Creed may decide a return is warranted on a non-defective item, but in those cases, a 25% disassembling fee will be charged, and shipping/handling/credit card fees will not be refunded. However, Creed does not accept returns on 14Kt gold items, but they stand 100% behind their lifetime guarantee against defects in material and workmanship. We have been selling Creed Rosary items for several years, and you can trust the quality of the products you purchase from us. If you encounter any problem or defect with any Creed item you purchase through us, we will completely help you get it right.
3. What if my rosary arrives damaged or I discover later on a defect?
Contact us by email at Info@Deluxe-Rosaries.com or telephone (877-7-ROSARY) and we will issue a Return Authorization Number and give you details how to ship back to us for a replacement rosary or repair of the defect. You will need to pay shipping to us (sorry, but Creed does not reimburse shipping to them or us), but they will cover the shipping back to you of your replacement. No rosary return will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number or RAN for Quality Control and Accountability reasons. If you do encounter a problem, do not worry, we are dedicated to making your shopping experience with us a pleasure, and will do everything in our power to see you are delighted with your special rosary.
4. What if I acidentally break the rosary or damage it?
While that would be an unfortunate event, this customer damage is not covered under the Creed Lifetime Guarantee, as the damage was not a result of any defects in material and/or workmanship.
5. What if I discover the engraved message I ordered is wrong?
If Creed makes an error on your engraving request, they will redo it for free; however, if you make a mistake, you will need to purchase a new crucifix and engraving, so please type carefully!
6. What is your cancellation policy?
Once your order is submitted to Creed Rosary manufacturer, it cannot be cancelled, as it may more than likely be partially or entirely completed by the time we can track it down. So, again, please only order if you are certain you want the rosary or medal because your rosary or medal will be crafted/casted upon order. Disassembling a partially completed or fully completed item wastes the parts used and they cannot be replaced, which is why Creed has a no-return policy or cancellation policy on custom items. If you want to only browse selections, then visit a local store that carries Creed so you can see the different styles and compare before purchasing. The difference between buying from us online and purchasing a Creed item in an offline store, is that we do not carry any inventory; we run a made-to-order business, and the rosary or medal you receive from us is made at the factory just for you. So if you order from us, the Creed factory goes to work just for you to craft you by hand the rosary you want, with the parts you select, or cast the medal you want.
5. What if I want a different center or crucifix on another web page on your site not available on the web page of the rosary I wish to purchase?
You will find every center and crucifix available for your selection under the photo of the rosary you want to buy. It doesn't matter if the center or crucifix you want is on another web page of our web site, Deluxe-Rosaries.com, you may select that one for your rosary. No extra charges apply. However, our patron saint centers only come in sterling silver.
6. How long will it take for me to get my rosary?
If you order a sterling silver or 22KT gold over sterling rosary, it takes 3-5 working days to handcraft. Your rosary will be made by hand upon order. 14KT gold rosary requires 5-10 working days as the crucifixes and centers are cast upon order. Your rosary will be shipped Ground, unless you select a faster method. Ground Shipping may take 5-10 working days to arrive to you on top of the 3-5 working days it takes to handcraft your rosary. 3-Day and Next Day shipping is available for an additional fee.
7. Is your shopping cart secure?
Yes, our shopping cart uses the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Web connections. Any billing and shipping information you enter is transmitted to us encrypted. Your privacy and security are completely assured.
8. If I place an order, will you share my information with others?
Absolutely not. We never share, rent, sell or give out any of your information to third parties.
9. Will you bombard my email with sales offers?
We rarely mail out any notices, and if we do, we give you the option in each email to opt out. Primarily we need your email in order to send you an email confirmation of your order. Your email, along with your order information, will not be given or shared with anyone.
10. Can I just order directly from Creed?
No. Creed does not sell to the general public. To purchase a Creed rosary, you must visit an authorized retail dealer, such as Deluxe-Rosaries.com. Also, Creed Rosary manufacturer does not have anything to do with your credit card charge, billing or credits; this is the sole responsibility of www.Deluxe-Rosaries.com. The Credit Card Order Processor for www.Deluxe-Rosaries is Catholic Gifts Fulfillment, which may appear on your credit card billing statement as "Catholic Gifts Fulfillment" which may be shortened to "Catholic Gifts".
11. What if I prefer to order by telephone instead of online? I do not like giving my credit card info online.
We understand that some may prefer to order from a "Live Operator" instead of placing an order online. That is why we provide a toll-free number. Call us at 1-877-7-ROSARY (1-877-776-7279) Monday to Saturday 9am to 12am Central Time, and we will be glad to take your order. However, please understand that providing a "Live Operator" to take orders takes time and manpower away from processing, packing and shipping orders. For this reason, we cannot offer Free Shipping option to those ordering by telephone.
12. What if I want my rosary order rushed to be received ASAP?
Please write "RUSH" on your order's Comment Section and choose the "RUSH" Shipping option. Additional charges may be incurred by shipping methods used to accomodate your RUSH ORDER (i.e.; UPS Overnight, FEDEX Same Day, etc) plus processing and handling fees. Rush orders have top priority. This added attention means a member of our staff may have to work overtime to fill your order and still complete regular orders at the alloted time frame. Rush Orders do not delay all other others.
Shipping Options:
We offer Free Shipping, 2 or 3-day shipping, Express, and RUSH Expedited. Except for RUSH Expedited, these shipping times are in addition to the 3 to 5 days manufacturing time needed to handcraft your rosary. Shipping is handled by priority. Free Shipping has the lowest priority and orders in this category will be shipped after the paid shipping options have been processed. For those who absolutely need to receive their order immediately, Rush Expedited orders are available. This is the top shipping category. Rush Orders cause a member of our staff to go into Emergency (or Panic) Mode so your rosary is handcrafted and shipped out within 24 hours. Shipping Fees include actual freight, credit card processing, handling, packing, tracking and insurance.
International Orders:
International customers may purchase any of the items listed at www.Deluxe-Rosaries.com. Creed Rosary Manufacturer does not ship directly to international addresses. This means that your order will be shipped from the manufacturer to our stateside Order Fulfillment Center which will then repackage your order to comply with international shipment and import requirements of the country to ship to, before your order can be shipped. Because this special handling and processing incurs additional packing materials and manhours to process international orders so you will receive your rosary undamaged and in a timely manner, your shipping costs will include a special handling fee. Postage, Handling, Processing and Insurance costs for International Orders will be $39.95.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We do not accept personal or international business checks, Cashier’s Checks or money orders issued by foreign (non-U.S.) banks. We do accept verifiable Credit Cards. You may receive a phone call from us verifying your order and for any special instructions you may have to ensure that you will receive your order exactly as you want it.
International customers are responsible for all Customs Duties and compliance with customs import requirements of the recipient country. Please check with your Postal center or local Customs Office on what the customs duties/fees or import requirements are to the country you are shipping to.

International orders are manually processed after verifying payment method, customs duties/import requirements, available shipping methods and shipping, handling and insurance charges.
We do not ship to countries that do not accept the import of Christian goods. Furthermore, we do not ship to countries that show or have a high probability or incidence of loss, theft, misdirection or fraudulent transactions.
We reserve the right to refuse to fill orders that may be a deterrent to good commerce. All attempts to misuse legal tender to include credit cards for the purpose of fraud or the unauthorized use of such legal instruments for such purpose will be reported to appropriate authorities, local and international. All means are utilized to preserve and maintain your confidence in all financial transactions with us and therefore the highest security is practiced. All IPs are recorded for this purpose.
Waiver of Insurance Authority:
If, for whatever reason, you do not wish your package insured, we will require a signed Waiver of Insurance. Special requests for waiver of insurance for whatever reason, MUST be SIGNED and may be requested by Fax (1-877-907-1949), via Email from email of record of original order placement (we verify IP addresses), or signed letter addressed to: Catholic Gifts Fulfillment, P.O. Box 291, Coppell, Texas, 75019.
Waiver of Insurance Authority will state that you, the client, is solely responsible for any damage, misdirection or loss of item with shipping your order. The waiver will also state that www.Deluxe-Rosaries.com and Catholic Gifts Fulfillment Orders Processor will not be held liable for any damage, loss or misdirection, nor for any and all liabilities that may be incurred in the shipment and/or receipt of your order. Our sole responsibility is proof of mailing your order to you.
Methods of Shipment for international Orders:
We highly recommend Global Express Insured Mail. We have found that this is the most cost effective, expedient, highly traceable and fully insurable method of shipment to international addresses that is less conducive to misdirection, loss, damage or pilferage. Since it takes 3-5 business days for Creed Manufacturer to handcraft your rosary product, an additional 3-5 days to ship your order to our Order Fulfillment Center, 1-2 days to process, repackage and ship from the Order Fulfillment Center, plus 5-7 days for International Global Express Mail, please expect your order in approximately 2 weeks after you place your order. Please add appropriate time for your package to be processed by your local Customs Office. In all, you should receive your order in 2-3 weeks, but may take longer, depending on the length of time your package spends at Customs.
Global Priority Mail is available to SOME countries and may take a longer transit time and your package CANNOT be insured. If Global Priority Mail is available to the country you wish to ship your order to, you may request so, but we will require a Waiver of Insurance releasing www.Deluxe-Rosaries.com and Catholic Gifts Fulfillment Center from any responsibility for any loss or damage to your order that may occur in the shipment of your order.
All International Orders are manually processed. You will receive, in addition to the automated email you received upon placing your order, a personalized Order Confirmation Receipt Email stating receipt of your order with itemization of Charges to your method of payment.
Unless we receive special instructions from you, it will be assumed that you agree that your order will be shipped Global Express Mail, Insured ($39.95). Shipment by Global Priority Mail is $19.95 (with Waiver of Insurance Release). All Shipping Fees include postage, processing, handling and repackaging. International 14kt Gold Rosary orders will incur additional Insurance handling charges.
For safety of your package and to discourage pilferage, no receipt will be enclosed with your order. For Customs purposes, a Packing Slip with your package will declare “Religious Item, Rosary with Box”.

Please take into consideration that Catholic Websites are particularly assaulted by hundreds if not thousands of pornographic spam and malicious malware but we have an aggressive spam and malware filter for protection. Sometimes, legitimate emails are routed to our spam folder.
