When returning rosary products for repair when falling under Creed Lifetime Guarantee, the following requirements must be present:
1. Repairs and replacements must have an RMA#.
2. Defects must be in material or workmanship and not negligence or willful destruction.
3. Rosary product to be repaired must be complete with no parts missing when returning for repair to avail of the Lifetime Creed Guarantee. Labor for Repair is Free but missing parts will be charged cost of replacement.
4. Return Shipping to you after repairs are completed is free of charge.
5. Soldering Service is optional and will be an additional charge.
6. Rosary Products purchased from places other than this website will be charged Shipping and Missing Parts costs. Only Labor is Free.*

*Return Authorization Number is required for all repairs or exchanges for Quality Control and Accountability reasons.
