Size Reference:
Adult Size Rosary Beads are: 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 8x7mm, 9x6mm, with 6mm being the small standard adult size, and 7mm, the intermediate size, and 8mm the large size. All sizes are in millimeters. 7mm is approximately 1/4 inches wide.

Child Size Rosary Beads are: 4mm, 5mm. 5x3mm, 6x4mm. The x stands for by, which means the 5x3mm is 5-by-3mm, with 5 being the length of the bead, and 3 being the width. 5x3mm is a small and narrow bead suitable for children.

Please be sure to pay attention to the sizes of the beads & medals because Creed Rosary manufacturer will not allow returns if you select the wrong size, since the manufacturer handcrafts each item to order.
